I had a couple of problems with Sourceforge.net and put support requests. They started sending me strange e-mails, one after another. It looks like they have some sort of AI system answering support requests. It's clearly not a human. Humans can't be that stupid.
I must admit that my problems are caused by my own stupidity, nothing to do with Sourceforge itself :)
