I wrote a few months ago about the stupid problem wth PSA to CPR conversion formulas in all textbooks. It simply doesn't work for PSA greater than 1666. I figured out a correct formula then.
Now I came across Unified Practices book by SIFMA, and they have the same correct formula in chapter SF (Standard Formulas).
It's funny that they sell Standard Formulas chapter as a separate book for a lot of money, while at the same time it's available on their website for free :)
